Heat Distribution Solution

A new children's hospital was built in Meilahti, Helsinki, in 2018 to replace the outdated facilities of the Children's Hospital and Lastenlinna. The new Children's Hospital provides care for seriously ill children from all over Finland.

We designed and implemented the equipment for the heat distribution room of the New Children's Hospital. The equipment pumps and cools the cooling system water about 100 liters per second. In addition, it takes care of the property's heat distribution and hot water supply. The size of the heat distribution room is about 10 x 5 meters.

The equipment was made to the dimensions of the room and the locations of the pipe outlets were optimized relative to the rise lines of the property. The factory-tested assembly significantly accelerated the installation project and makes life-cycle maintenance easy.
